Google Ads Management
Organic rankings take time to build. Google Ads puts you in front of people actively searching for what you offer today, provided the campaign is built properly.
What's included
OZ Media Digital builds campaigns around the searches that actually turn into jobs, not vanity keywords that burn budget without results.

A poorly managed account burns budget on clicks that never convert. We report against clear targets, honestly, every week.
How it works
We research the searches that actually turn into jobs for your business, structure campaigns and ad groups around them, and write ad copy and negative keyword lists to filter out irrelevant clicks before they cost you money.
Sending paid traffic to a generic homepage wastes clicks. We build (or point to) a dedicated landing page for each core service, with call tracking and form tracking wired up so every conversion is measurable.
We review search terms, bid adjustments, and ad performance weekly in the first month, then move to an ongoing monthly cadence once the account stabilises, cutting what's not converting and scaling what is.

Search Ads appear as sponsored results in regular Google search. You control the keywords, copy, and landing page, and pay per click. Local Services Ads appear above them for eligible trades and professional services, run pay-per-lead instead of pay-per-click, and require a Google Guarantee background check.
Many trade businesses run both: Local Services Ads for the "Google Guaranteed" trust badge and lower-intent browsers, Search Ads for precise control over specific high-value services.
Example scenario
A typical first-month fix: a new client's existing account was bidding on broad terms like "marketing" and "advertising," burning budget on irrelevant clicks. Tightening keyword match types and building a negative keyword list is often the single biggest lever in month one, before any budget increase is even considered.
Google Ads FAQ
It depends on how competitive your industry and suburbs are, but most Hornsby and North Shore local-service businesses see meaningful lead volume from a monthly ad spend in the low-to-mid hundreds through to a few thousand dollars. We'll recommend a realistic starting budget based on your goals during the free strategy session, separate from our management fee.
Campaigns typically go live within a week of onboarding and can generate the first clicks and calls immediately, since paid ads don't depend on organic ranking. We spend the first two to three weeks tightening keywords, negative keywords, and ad copy based on real performance data.
Search Ads appear as sponsored results in regular Google search and give you full control over keywords, copy, and landing pages. Local Services Ads appear above them for eligible trades and professional services, are pay-per-lead rather than pay-per-click, and require a Google Guarantee/background check. We assess which (or both) suits your business.
No. There's no lock-in contract on our management fee after the first 3 months, and your ad spend budget is set by you and can be adjusted month to month.
The most common causes: keyword or audience targeting that's too broad, a landing page that doesn't match the ad, no conversion tracking set up, an account structure never optimised after setup, or budget spread too thin across too many campaigns. We run a free account audit to identify exactly which of these is dragging your results down.
Google Ads is intent-based, putting your business in front of people actively searching for your service right now. Meta Ads is interest and demographic-based, putting your offer in front of people who match your ideal customer profile even if they aren't searching yet, which makes it strong for brand awareness and retargeting. Most businesses get the best results running both.
Campaign structure and keyword or audience research, ad creative and copywriting, landing page setup and optimisation, conversion tracking, ongoing bid and budget management, negative keyword refinement, and transparent weekly or monthly reporting.
Ongoing management is the standard approach within our packages, because campaigns need continuous optimisation to keep improving over time rather than being set up once and left alone. Exact scope and flexibility is confirmed during your free strategy session.
Yes. Retargeting people who've already visited your site or engaged with your content is one of the highest-return paid tactics available, because it targets an audience already familiar with your business rather than a cold one.
It's not either/or. PPC delivers immediate visibility for as long as you're paying, and stops the moment budget stops. SEO builds compounding, ongoing visibility that keeps generating enquiries long after the initial work, but takes longer to build. The best results typically combine both.
No ethical agency can guarantee specific ad-platform outcomes. Rankings, cost-per-click, and conversion rates all depend on competition and platform algorithms outside anyone's direct control. What we commit to is transparent reporting, continuous optimisation, and honest conversations about what's actually working.
Conversion tracking is set up per campaign (call tracking, form submissions, booking events) and reported monthly in plain English: cost per lead, conversion rate, and ad spend efficiency, not just impressions or clicks.
